You may place your order in a few different ways. Please use the one you feel most comfortable with and that is easiest for you.

1) You may email us directly with your choices at Sales@MaxEquations.com
2) You may call in your order to us at 215-860-2994
or
3) You may fill in the order form to the right. There is room for up to 3 styles on this form. You may complete more than one form as necessary. Please include all contact information and the details for your selections; Style, Color, Size, and Art. There are spaces for any notes that you may wish to include.

Regardless of which method you chose you will receive a confirmation invoice within 24 hours after which payment information will be requested. We accept all major credit cards, Paypal and personal checks.
