Softly feminine, this season’s skirts all seem to feature deep ruffles. This Flourish Skirt is our classic a-line silhouette, with a wonderful sweep at the bottom. The deep ruffle is attached with the seams showing on the outside, creating a unique lettuce edged accent that is repeated on the Flourish Jacket. Our full elastic waistbands are sewn in to insure that they will never twist or turn on you or in the wash. Side Slit Interior Pockets are also provided for your convenience.
