do with these various components is up to you. We illustrate some options
as pictured on our site, but we believe in the inherent creativity of
our customers and they never let us down. Our company concept is that

and we will help you put your ideas together. We can help you design the
perfect outfit, weekend wear, or entire wardrobe. Eve will act as your
personal shopper and help you make decisions, she will also keep track
of your size, styles that you like, and the colors that you prefer.
We are available 7 days a week, Monday through
Friday 10 AM to 8 PM (Eastern Standard Time), and 11 AM to 5 PM on Saturday
and Sunday. As many already know, we (Gary and Eve) run MaxEquations from
our home. We are almost always “working”, as this is a dream
come true for us. Doing something that we love and being able to do it
from home so we don’t miss out on our children’s lives. But,
as a Mom and a Dad, and wanting to be a real part of our children's lives,
we do sometimes have to make ourselves “unavailable” to the
business. Please understand if you get our voice mail, you will get a
return call as soon as possible.
Payments
Shipping
- Our Domestic shipping cost is by US Priority Mail service. Shipping costs are $7.00 for the first item, and $2.50 per each additional item.( Coats and other larger items are slightly higher). All packages are shipped with Delivery Confirmation and insurance may be purchased. Special shipping accomodations ( Express/Overnight) or other services ( Fed Ex, UPS ) are available upon request.
- We do ship worldwide and will quote each order individually. Please email us and we will be happy to find the perfect shipping method for your order.
Returns
- As our product is one that is “made to order”, we strive to produce exactly what it is that you tell us that you want. We understand that sometimes things do not turn out as you expect them to be. Perhaps the size just isn't right, or a color doesn't look as good on you as you had hoped. Because we want you to be happy with your MaxEquations clothing, we will accept returns for exchange or merchandise credit if notified of the return within 10 days of initial receipt. We certainly want the opportunity to resolve any issues that you may have had, so we can rectify them in the next order.
- Please let us know immediately if we should expect a return, packages that arrive without prior notice will be refused which may result in additional charges to you in returned shipping costs.
- Please understand that the above return for exchange policy is valid on merchandise as shown in our Collections in measurements, colors and artwork as currently offered. Any styles which have been customized (measurements, color or artwork) are non returnable.
- Re-Stocking fee – If an item(s) is returned after the 10 day period, a restocking fee of $15.00 per garment will be charged against your merchandise credit. This fee covers the time and labor involved in photographing, measuring and listing your item(s) for our Ready To Wear(able) store location.
- Production Note - Please understand that due to the garment dye process, any garment may vary slightly in measurement. The industry standard is the variation of no more than 1" differential from the listed measurement.
Cancellations & Changes
- We understand that circumstances may sometimes cause you to want to change or even cancel your order. Please understand that you will be charged the full amount of the order if the garment(s) has already been produced and is ready to ship. We confirm your order before starting it so you can verify all details. Any changes to your order must be noted within 2 business days or you may be charged a partial or the complete cost of the order, depending on the order’s status.
Damaged
Merchandise
- Issues do occur from time to time in the production
of garments. We make every attempt to spot them here. Occasionally things
do get past us and we ask that if this does indeed occur, please notify
us before returning. This allows us to expect any incoming packages
and make arrangements for their delivery in case we are not here on
a specific day.
Referral Program
- You can earn a bonus of 10% of the first purchase of any new customer
that you refer to us that mentions your name when ordering. The bonus
will be applied in the form of a merchandise credit to your account
after their order is paid for and shipped. All they need to do is mention
your name and the bonus is yours to use on any future MaxEquations order!
