Don’t we all love a Bloomer in the spring? Our new Frolic Bloomer has all the allure of the casual Bloomer, but with the sophistication of the almost skirt-like addition at the bottom. These Bloomers have a clean look at the top as we’ve kept out the side slit interior pockets but they may be added at NO ADDITIONAL COST. The full cut leg finishes with a biased cut ruffle, which gives it tons of flare.
Art Placement
Any Border image may be painted on these Bloomers, the art will appear on the leg portion above the biased cut ruffle. Choose from any of our Borders and they can be transformed with a horizontal or vertical placement.
